CrimpDex

Grip strength testing for the Tindeq Progressor.

Android · In testingiPhone · Coming soonWebsite

CrimpDex turns a Tindeq Progressor into a proper testing tool. It measures, records and compares. It does not coach, nag, or ask you to sign up for anything.

Take a baseline of your peak force and critical force, then train against it with protocols whose loads are worked out from your own numbers. Free for seven days, then one payment. No subscription.

Live force, three ways

Read the load as it happens, at full sample rate, as a bar against the target, a trace of the last few seconds, or a dial.

Peak force, properly run

Three maximal attempts with rest countdowns between them. CrimpDex tracks the live peak through each one and keeps the best.

Critical force, timed for you

The 24-rep protocol at seven seconds on, three off, calculated from the mean of the last six reps.

The numbers behind the numbers

Strength to bodyweight, left and right asymmetry flagged past 10%, and critical force as a share of peak.

Protocols from your data

Warm-up, max pulls, repeaters, density pulls and critical force intervals, each with a target load from your own baseline.

Build your own

Hand, edge depth, time under tension, rest, reps and sets. Load as a share of your baseline, ramped, or a fixed weight.
